We believe in our program enough to back it with a 44-day performance guarantee. If you complete the training, follow the steps, actively engage with coaching, and don't earn, you get your money back. The specific conditions and requirements for refund eligibility are outlined in the Membership Agreement provided at the time of enrollment.
Refund requests must be submitted within 44 days of enrollment by emailing simplesaucegroup@gmail.com.
You will need to demonstrate that you completed the program requirements and engaged with the coaching and resources provided. Full refund eligibility conditions are detailed in your Membership Agreement.
We respond to all refund requests within 14 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
We do not provide refunds for partial use of any billing period, unused features or services, change of mind, or requests submitted after the 44-day refund window. Canceling your subscription prevents future charges but does not refund your current or past billing periods.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first completing the refund process described above is a material breach of our Terms of Service. We will contest all chargebacks with documentation of service delivery and your agreement to our terms.
If you believe you were charged in error (unauthorized charge, duplicate charge, or incorrect amount), contact us first at simplesaucegroup@gmail.com and we will resolve it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under federal law regarding unauthorized charges or billing errors.
