You can request deletion of your personal data, including any data obtained through connected social accounts (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube), at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Email info@simplesaucegroup.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account; or
If you connected a social account through our platform, you may also remove Simple Media's access at any time in that platform's settings (for Instagram/Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Simple Media). Removing access stops all data collection immediately.

What We Delete

Upon a verified request we delete: your account profile, messages and message metadata received through connected social accounts, access tokens, analytics tied to your identity, and any content you submitted. We retain only what the law requires us to keep (for example, payment and tax records) and delete it when that obligation ends.

Timeline and Confirmation

We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request and send you written confirmation. If you request deletion of data received from a connected platform (for example, Instagram messages), we also delete our stored copies of that platform's data.
