By using our Services, you consent to the practices described here. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Earnings Disclaimer.
Information you provide: Name, email, phone number, application responses, payment information (processed by Stripe through Whop — we do not store full card numbers), Discord messages, coaching call participation, support tickets, and user-generated content (posts, videos, testimonials).
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device info, pages visited, cookies, course progress, video watch time, login activity, and general location based on IP (no GPS).
Information from third parties: Payment verification from Stripe, social media profile info if you connect accounts for brand deals.
What we do NOT collect: Social Security Numbers, government IDs, health information, biometric data, or precise geolocation.
We use your information to: deliver our training and coaching services, process applications and payments, schedule and conduct calls, send transactional emails and SMS, improve our platform, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and connect qualifying creators with brand partnership opportunities (with your consent).
Consent: By providing your phone number through our application form, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Simple Media. Consent is not required to purchase.
Message types: Application confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-ups, program updates, and promotional messages (if opted in).
Frequency: Varies. You may receive multiple messages per week. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you re-opt in.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share with service providers (like our CRM) to deliver messages on our behalf.
Supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We share data with service providers who help us operate: Whop (payments), ClickFunnels (website), Close CRM (email/SMS), Kit (email marketing), Calendly (scheduling), Typeform (forms), Zapier (automation), Discord (community), BoldSign (e-signatures), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).
With your consent, we may share limited performance data with brand partners for deals and commissions. We may also share information with professional advisors, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.
If you connect a social media account (such as an Instagram professional account or Facebook Page) to Simple Media, we access data from that platform only with your authorization and only to provide the features you use.
What we receive: account profile information (username, account ID), messages sent to your connected account and your replies sent through our platform, comments and story replies that trigger message flows, and delivery/read events. We receive this data through the platform's official APIs and webhooks (for example, Meta's Instagram Platform).
How we use it: to display your inbox inside Simple Media, to send replies you compose or approve, to deliver links you configure in comment-to-message flows, and to show you message analytics. We do not use messaging data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host our infrastructure.
Automated responses: where message flows are automated, conversations are disclosed as automated where required by law, and you can always reach a human.
Retention and deletion: messaging data is retained only while your account is connected and as needed to provide the service. When a user deletes a message on the platform, we delete our stored copy. When you disconnect an account or delete your Simple Media account, we delete the associated tokens and messaging data within 30 days. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
Platform terms: our use of data received from Meta platforms complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies; our use of data from other platforms complies with their respective developer terms.
We use session cookies, analytics cookies (Google Analytics), and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We use reasonable safeguards (encryption, access controls, secure storage) to protect your data. No method is 100% secure. We retain your information as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
You may: opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link), opt out of SMS (reply STOP), and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@simplesaucegroup.com. We respond within 45 days.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out. We do not sell personal information. Submit requests to info@simplesaucegroup.com.
Our Services are not for anyone under 18. We operate in the United States; by using our Services from elsewhere, you consent to data transfer to the U.S. We may update this policy and will post changes with a revised date.
