Billing and Refund Policy

SIMPLE MEDIA BILLING AND REFUND POLICY
This policy is part of the Simple Media Terms of Service and applies to AI Jobs, AI Community and AI Lite memberships, whether bought in the app or directly on the checkout page of our payment processor. It does not apply to AI Referred, which has no charge, or to AI Accelerator, which is governed only by its own agreement. Words defined in the Terms of Service or in the Creator Program Terms have the same meaning here, except that an immediate ground in this policy means one listed in Section 6.2 of the Terms of Service.
1. What you pay. The price, any one time fee, the billing period and any introductory price are the ones shown on the checkout page when you buy and in your receipt. Each later charge is made at the start of each later billing period to the payment method on file until you cancel. For AI Lite: AI Lite is $29 per month and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time; payments already made are not refunded. The only exceptions are the cases in Section 3. This policy covers membership charges only; tax forms (Form 1099) for commission are delivered electronically if you give the separate consent in the app, or on paper.
2. Cancelling. You can cancel at any time online, without speaking to anyone, from Manage Plan in your account in the app or from the billing portal of our payment processor, or by email to the support address. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, and no refund is due for that period. You receive a confirmation of your cancellation. There is no cancellation fee.
3. Refunds. Charges are not refundable except in these cases, each refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days: (a) a charge made in error: that charge in full; (b) a charge made after you cancelled: that charge in full; (c) we end your membership for a reason other than an immediate ground: the unused part of the current period; (d) any refund the law where you live requires. A purchase made directly on the checkout page of our payment processor is never refunded for that reason alone. When we end a membership for an immediate ground, no refund is due except where the law requires one. The unused part of a period is the charge you paid for that period multiplied by the whole days left in it after your access ends, divided by the days in the period.
Those four cases are the only circumstances in which we refund a charge for an AI Jobs, AI Community or AI Lite membership. There is no performance guarantee on any of them, no trial period and no satisfaction refund. Nothing you are told or expect to earn creates a right to a refund: we do not promise any income, and if anyone states or implies a figure you may earn, that statement is not ours, binds us in no way, and is not a ground for a refund under this policy or otherwise. The total of all refunds we make for any one billing period will never exceed the charge you actually paid for that period.
Which document decides a refund question. This policy decides every question about cancellation and refunds for an AI Jobs, AI Community or AI Lite membership. Where anything said at the checkout page of our payment processor, or in any agreement you signed for that membership, differs from this policy on a refund or on cancellation, this policy applies, except where the other document gives you a refund this policy does not, in which case the other document applies as to that refund alone. The AI Accelerator is not covered by this policy at all: its own agreement decides every refund question for it.
4. Failed charges. If a charge fails we may retry it for up to 10 days. Your membership is paused until a retry succeeds and ends if none succeeds; you owe nothing for the failed period and we never invoice you for it. A paused membership is not active, so under the Creator Program Terms a sale made on any day of a pause is a free tier sale: it earns the free tier rate in force on the date of the sale and follows the free tier payout schedule, and it is not repriced if a retry later succeeds.
5. Disputed charges. Please write to the support address first. Nothing in this policy limits your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card company. While a dispute is open we may pause your membership, and a sale made during that pause is a free tier sale as Section 4 states, whatever the outcome. If the dispute is decided for us, your access resumes for the rest of the period the charge paid for. If it is decided for you, your membership ended on the day the pause started. We will not end your Creator Program Terms or hold commission because you disputed a charge. To answer a dispute we give the bank, card company, payment processor and card network only the records needed: your acceptance and purchase records, the receipt, the dates your access was open and the dates you logged in.
6. Price changes. We may change the price for future billing periods by email at least 30 days before the first charge at the new price, stating the new price, its start date and how to cancel. You may cancel before that date and pay nothing more.
7. Changes to this policy. We may change this policy under Section 8.2 of the Terms of Service. A change never applies to a period you already paid for and never removes your right to cancel online at any time.
